**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in inside sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the FMCG industry.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the target customer criteria.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Maintain and update the CRM system with all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the FMCG sector.
- Provide market feedback to the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
- **Communication and Negotiation**:

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals that benefit both the company and the customer.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Provide support to the field sales team by preparing sales proposals, presentations, and product information.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports for the management team, detailing sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Track sales performance against set targets and recommend improvement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in inside sales, preferably within the **FMCG** industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
