**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain all the documentation for employees including offer letters, appointment letters, employee correspondence letters etc.
- Attendance and Leaves Management.
- End to end Payroll processing of above 500 employees.
- Sodexo Invoice generation knowledge.
- Prepare reports for salary reconciliation and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Liaise with accounts departments/auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
- Timely submission of Statutory reports to the compliance consultant.
- Prepare TDS return file.
- Assisting employees in PF withdrawal and other related queries.
- Assisting reporting manager is other daily routine task as and when required.

**What he/she should bring to the table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** 2-5 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.**:

- Experience in working with payroll vendors.
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and related compliance laws for the Maharashtra Location.
- Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g. Keka) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- An analytical mind and good calculation skills.
- Decent communication skills (written and oral)
- Prior experience in handling a head count of above 500 employees.
