POSITION TITLE: Junior Legal Assistant

Hon'ble Supreme Court. Our portfolio is also inclusive of all corporate legal services including but not limited to agreements drafting and corporate governance. The firm has state of the art infrastructure with its head office in Ahmedabad and is expanding PAN India through its Consultants and Lawyers.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PROFILE-RAISING
- Proficient in drafting all kinds of legal work including all non-litigation and litigation work.
- Appearing before various courts.
- Legal research including Judgement search and International Laws.
- Legal Article and Blog writing for the firm’s website.
- Presentation on various domestic and international laws.
- Ensuring timely delivery with quality and within margins, minimizing re-work for the assigned projects.
- Ensure quality of work as per required parameters.
- Overall responsible for Quality Control, drafting, and reviewing.
- Communicate with attorneys in various capacities.
- Measure and report performance of all Legal Work.
- Actively develop and maintain the in-depth knowledge of all services provided by the firm.
- Assess own performance and take accountability for own actions.
- Reporting will be at the Main office daily.
- Management of online platforms for client handling.

THE SKILLS

Essential Criteria:

- Must be completed LLB / LLM
- Must be having 1 to 3 years of experience in Court proceedings and Contract

Drafting.

Technical & Personal Skills:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare specialized written materials.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong judgment and ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions.
- Self-motivated and independent, able to work without supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including pleasant nature and ability to influence others.
- A high degree of attention to detail.
- Should have expert-level knowledge for MS-office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
