**Job Title**: Sales Assistant - Stand Design and Construction

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in the stand design and construction industry. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with sales activities, customer relationship management, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales materials.
- Assist with lead generation activities, including researching potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to gather project requirements, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the sales team and management.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and trade show exhibits.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and positioning opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and emerging technologies in stand design and construction.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the event industry or stand design and construction sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools and knowledge of basic design principles is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
