Familiarisation training with system Management
- Infrastructure Management with respect to ISO standards and Client Requirement

- Must be proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge in Recruitment portal.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
- Allocate responsibilities and office space
- Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency in office activities
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
- Manage schedules and deadlines and Purchase new material as needed
- Identify process bottlenecks and Offer solutions for improvement
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance and Adhere to policies and regulations.
- Maintain the financial administration of the office including: raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices, monitoring expenditure against budget, follow up outstanding payments, and liaise with the finance team upholding accurate financial record keeping.

**Salary**: ₹13,533.35 - ₹25,000.00 per month
