Job description
- You will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team and manage all interview scheduling and related logistics
- Most importantly, you will have fun while doing it

The impact you will have:

- Coordinate phone and virtual interviews across US.
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System ensuring data accuracy
- Help implement and update recruiting processes by identifying opportunities for efficiencies
- Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
- Adapt to multiple recruiting systems and tools and ensure the best working efficiency
- Engage in different recruiting activities and programs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in relevant discipline.
- Fresher-6 months of experience doing recruitment and selection process.
- Good customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
- Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with mínimal supervision.
- Prioritization of multiple functions, tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Time Management to work on different open roles, different tasks all at the same time
