**Skills**:1. Check for the completeness of the Booking File. i.e., Application Form, Sales Quotation Letter, KYC the Booking cheque.

2. Updating the database with the customer and unit details.

3. Preparation of customer documentation like MOU, Agreements, and Bank related documents, Possession documents and Cancellation/Shifting/Transfer letters.

4. Documents uploading in the Sales tracker and sending for HODs Approvals.

5. Providing the necessary support/information to RMs in terms of Payment transaction, customer account statements and Interest sheets, etc.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
