**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and target new business opportunities within the IT sector, including prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Innovilla’s solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans. Identify market trends and customer needs to drive continuous improvement in sales approaches.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Innovilla’s products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape. Utilize this knowledge to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline management, revenue forecasts, and sales metrics. Prepare regular reports for management review.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in a sales role within the IT industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in sales and IT solutions is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 54 per week
