An Office Assistant helps an office stay organised by taking care of various administrative tasks. Here are some of their essential duties and responsibilities:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for other employees
- Managing office supplies
- Responding to customer queries
- Greeting and receiving visitors
- Helping manage the office correspondence
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
