**Competencies required (KSAOs)**:
- _**Knowledge**_**: Having sound knowledge of the product/service for the sale of the infrastructure and the subsequent selling of the solution by recommending the same.
- _**Skills**:_ Excellent communication and persuasion skills to close deals. Strong co-ordination skills with the customer and the in-house logistics team for facilitating quality service. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. To have autonomy and co-ordinate efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Conduct virtual/in-person presentations and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closure.
**Sales Strategy and Performance**
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance using metrics to optimize results.
**Technical Solution Selling**
- Communicate the value of IT solutions like cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and market trends to better address client needs.
**Proposal and Negotiation**
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
**Daily LinkedIn Sales Navigator Targets**
- Lead Identification: 50-75 prospects daily.
- InMail: 15-20 personalized messages with a 20-25% response rate target.
- Connection Requests: 40-50 targeted outreach with a 30-40% acceptance rate.
- Engagement: Meaningful interactions with 10-15 prospects daily.
- Key Actions: Monitor trigger events, refine lead lists, and save targeted accounts.
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in IT sales or technology solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital sales platforms.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing and cybersecurity.
- Ability to analyze data and refine sales strategies for optimal results.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in selling IT solutions/services to tech-focused clients.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, digital transformation, and IT consulting.
- Strong network within the IT industry.
