Profile introduction:
Join our dynamic team at [Hotel Name] as a Reservations Guest Service Agent (GSA). As a key player in our guest services department, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to make reservations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests in selecting the most suitable accommodation based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Process reservations and ensure all relevant details are accurately recorded in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage cancellations and modifications to reservations efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay informed about current promotions, packages, and discounts to promote upselling.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel booking procedures.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Gujrati.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
