**Job Summary**:As a **Process Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of processes within our organization. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring and managing various projects or departmental processes, ensuring they align with our goals and timelines. Here are the key duties and qualifications for this position:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Identification and Resolution**:

- Identify and solve issues within your scope of responsibility promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- **Support and Compliance**:

- Actively support and comply with team and department objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- **Report Development and Deployment**:

- Develop and deploy reports as assigned to meet business needs.
- Utilize data mining tools (such as SAP and Demo Tracker) effectively.
- **Analytical Capabilities**:

- Contribute to enhancing existing processes.
- **Process Deployment and Monitoring**:

- Assist with process deployments related to report tools.
- Monitor ongoing processes to ensure adherence to established guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor’s or High School Degree) in fields such as Education, Business, Technical, Engineering, Communication, Management, Finance, Administration, or Technology.
- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with policies and procedures within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Technical and business acumen.
- Knowledge of City of Austin development processes.
- Understanding of packaging equipment, CGMPs, and FDA policies/procedures.
- **Experience**:

- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience in call center operational strategies, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses.
- Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality.
- Monitoring and tracking operative performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
