- Maintaining and monitoring project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the manager.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for the project team and stakeholders.
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project team and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and developing project strategies.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Consulting with the project team and Operations Leaders to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Coordinating project timelines and deadlines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.

**The project coordinator also leverages a structured Change Management methodology, process, and tools**

**to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative including**:

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy.
- Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Led change management work streams with a structured methodology/process.
- Supporting the development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
- Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
- Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
- Ensure that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Should have a strong and proven Project Coordination background and worked with all the development life cycle stages.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator is ideal.
- Confident handling of change management with Persuasiveness.
- Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Certification received through organizations focused on recognition of expertise in Project Management is helpful.
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management and development procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry.
- Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
