Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong background in infrastructure to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of infrastructure projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders. Your expertise in infrastructure will be instrumental in understanding project requirements and facilitating the smooth implementation of infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure the timely and efficient execution of infrastructure projects.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies to understand project requirements, identify dependencies, and support the implementation of infrastructure initiatives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project artifacts. Generate and distribute regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Ensure that all parties are informed about project updates, milestones, and changes.
- Task Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project plans. Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying and documenting project risks and issues related to infrastructure components. Support the implementation of mitigation strategies and resolution plans to minimize project disruptions.
- Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation of meeting minutes, and tracking of action items. Ensure that meeting outcomes and decisions are communicated and followed up on.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Address their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance efforts by monitoring project deliverables and ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Lessons Learned and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to project retrospectives and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance project coordination and execution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role, preferably in an infrastructure-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, data centers, networking protocols, security principles).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.
