**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Development**: Conceptualize and create impactful branding solutions from scratch, including logos, brand identities, and associated collateral.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with Appwrk's vision.
- **Creative Execution**: Design visually engaging brand materials, including style guides, packaging, social media templates, and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine branding strategies, staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
- **Project Management**: Oversee branding projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- **Storytelling**: Craft compelling narratives and visual stories that reflect brand ethos and values.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in branding, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across various sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Solid experience in brand strategizing and creating guidelines from scratch.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- **Added Advantage**: Familiarity with UI/UX design, motion graphics, or digital branding strategies.
