**System Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and management of the procurement system/database.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of procurement data, including purchase orders, vendor information, and pricing details.
- Troubleshoot any system-related issues and liaise with IT support for timely resolution.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the Purchase Manager, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documents.
- Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and comprehensive records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Prepare reports and analyses as required by the Purchase Manager or senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in procurement documentation.
- **Support in Procurement Process**:

- Assist the Purchase Manager in conducting market research and supplier evaluations.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize terms and conditions under the guidance of the Purchase Manager.
- Support in the evaluation of vendor performance and the resolution of any disputes or issues that may arise.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Provide administrative support to the Purchase Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Purchase Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
