As a Growth marketer you will be responsible for growing the traffic and converting leads into demos by conducting various demand generation activities and experiments. This role reports directly to the CEO.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute short and long term multi channel marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline across various products- Monitor and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns by analyzing and building performance reports-
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop customer personas and identify their buying preferences to craft targeted marketing campaigns-
- Work closely with content marketers, marketing operations, design and product teams to enhance strategies and build effective programs- Set and manage marketing budgets and resources thereby ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition

**Qualifications**- Bias towards action-
- MBA/PGP from Tier 1 universities (IIM-A/B/C/L, FMS, ISB) required-
- 4+ years of experience marketing tech products-
- Startup experience mandatory-
- Experience running digital marketing, PPC, and outbound marketing campaigns preferred-
- Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot CRM good to have-
- Deep understanding of demand generation metrics and utilizing online analytics platforms-
- Stellar communication skills-
