Position Overview:
The Administrator oversees student registration, manages academic documentation, and ensures effective communication within the academic department. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Administration:
Manage student registration and batch-wise enrollment.

Maintain accurate student records (hard and soft copies).

Verify student eligibility and update relevant parties.

Monitor and verify student attendance and exam results.

Facilitate communication regarding registration, exams, and academic requirements.

Manage issuance and documentation of mark sheets and certificates.

Prepare convocation lists.

Registration & Verification:
Confirm and share student lists with the university.

Submit registration commitment reports to the Chairman.

Non-Registered Students:
Identify and follow up with non-registered students.

Submit summary reports to the Chairman.

Material Inventory Management:
Conduct periodic audits of mark sheets and certificates.

Submit monthly reports to the Chairman.

Staff Analysis:
Audit staff work and address any issues.

Books Management:
Maintain inventory and ensure proper book issuance and delivery.

Leads Management:
Oversee and document lead assignments.

CRE File Auditing:
Review customer relations files for compliance and quality.

Online Class Monitoring:
Randomly attend and monitor online classes.

Presentation and Language Quality:
Ensure clarity and relevance of presentation materials.

Maintain proficiency in the language of instruction.

Student Interaction and Doubt Clearing:
Encourage participation, facilitate discussions, and provide clear explanations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.

Experience in academic administration or similar role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in office software and database management.
