- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Data entry and maintaining databases
**Office management**:
- Greeting visitors and managing reception duties
- Overseeing office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Arranging travel and accommodation
**Project and task coordination**:
- Contributing to project planning and execution
- Following up on deadlines and tasks
- Delegating and managing workload
**Additional responsibilities may include**:
- Providing technical support (basic troubleshooting)
- Managing social media accounts (for some roles)
- Bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable (for some roles)
**Skills for administrators**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
