- **Industry Knowledge**: Staying updated on the latest industry trends and news to provide valuable insights to users.
- **Feedback Loop**: Understanding user needs through constant feedback and effectively communicating insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- **Experience**: 1-6 years' experience in a Ed-tech based company, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Tech Enthusiast**: Strong interest in technology and a passion for interacting with people.
- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in selling products/services to working professionals.
