working day : mon -sat (2nd &4th sat off)
Work Time: 10-5:30
Job Description:
## *Responsibilities:*
### *Accounts:*
- *Financial Transactions:*
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process bank deposits promptly.
- Reconcile financial statements.
- Prepare, send, and store invoices.
- *Payment Processing:*
- Contact clients and send payment reminders.
- Submit tax forms as required.
- *Data Management:*
- Identify and address discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
### *Administration:*
- *Office Management:*
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- *Documentation:*
- Maintain employee records.
- Assist in HR-related paperwork.
- Handle travel arrangements and bookings.
- *Communication:*
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
## *Requirements:*
- *Experience:*
- Proven work experience as an *Accounts and Administration Executive* or similar role.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
- *Education:*
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com or BBA) in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- *Skills:*
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
