We are hiring freshers for the role of Tele calling Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele calling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and building positive relationships over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.

**2. Customer Engagement**:Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing relevant information.

**3. Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.

**4. Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address customer queries, and maintain regular communication.

**5. Data Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring information is entered into the system efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass or graduate
- Excellent communication skills in [English, Hindi, Punjabi required].
- Positive attitude, persistence, and a go-getter mentality.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.

**Salary**: From ₹9,633.43 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
