International Punjabi Telecaller

Sieva Networks Solutions is looking for a Punjabi Tele caller to develop business and boost sales by reaching out to current and possible Punjabi clients in Canada and US.

Designation Sales Executive
Job location: Work from Home

**Salary**: INR 30000 plus incentives at the rate of INR500 per device sold for freshers;
Shift Timings: 9pm to 4 am IST(night shift)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Client base: US and Canada

**Roles and Responsibilities**
1.Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
2.Calling the leads provided to them
3.Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner to generate leads that develop into new customers
4. Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/service
5.Gain comprehensive product knowledge and clarify information wherever required
6. Convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings.
7. Suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.

**Requirements**:
1.Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
2. High school diploma; B.Sc/BA will be added advantage.
3. Excellent verbal communication
4.Excellent fluency in English
5.Conversational ability in Punjabi would be a plus
6. Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
7. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
8. Ability to switch communication styles

**Compensation**:
Fixed remuneration will be fixed at Rs 30000 per month along with incentives of approximately Rs 500 per device sold.

**Benefits**:
1. If achieving targets consistently for 3 months, INR 3600 will be contributed by the company to the employees Provident Fund.
