Project Co-ordinator

Higgs Boson Health, a prominent digital health company specializing in innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Implementation Assistant. This role will directly support the Implementation Manager in overseeing multiple projects and ensuring the successful implementation of our digital health products across various healthcare practices.
**Role Overview**:
As an Customer Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the Implementation Manager and the Implementation team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in project coordination, facilitating communication among stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the smooth execution of implementation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Implementation Manager in day-to-day administrative
tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and
document project progress, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and
accessible.
- Communication Liaison: Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and
stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective exchange of information.
- Project Coordination: Support in coordinating project activities, monitoring timelines, and
assisting in resource allocation under the guidance of the Implementation Manager.
- Quality Assurance Assistance: Assist in quality assurance activities by conducting audits,
gathering data, and supporting in ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other implementation team members to assist in
the successful execution of projects and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask
effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact
professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs,
Sheets, Slides), project management tools, and other relevant software.
- Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
