Real Estate Salesperson

**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and pursue potential buyers and sellers through various channels such as networking, referrals, online marketing, and advertising.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate a continuous flow of leads.
- **Property Listing**:
- Assist property owners in listing their properties for sale or lease.
- Evaluate property values, prepare marketing materials, and create compelling property listings.
- **Property Showings**:
- Schedule and conduct property showings with potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide detailed information about properties, answer inquiries, and address client concerns.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information to guide their decisions.
- **Negotiation**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, including price, inspection requests, and other contractual elements.
- Facilitate a smooth negotiation process to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Client Relationships**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction.
- **Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:
- Ensure transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Work with legal professionals when necessary to address legal aspects of real estate deals.
- **Documentation**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate contracts, agreements, and other paperwork associated with real estate transactions.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and in compliance with legal requirements.
- **Continuing Education**:
- Stay current with industry trends, changes in regulations, and participate in continuing education programs to maintain licensing requirements.
- **Marketing**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, open houses, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
