**Logistics Executive**

**Forms+Surfaces is looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team**

**Job Location: Lonikand, Pune**

**Scope and responsibilities**:

- Manage complete Export documentation (Pre-Shipment) such Like Purchase Order, Pro-forma Invoice, Commercial Invoice/Bill, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Insurance related documents (Marine), Shipment Advice Bill and all other Pre-Shipment Making Invoice and packing list as per Purchase order.
- Coordinating with the forwarders - make the shipment booking, release the carting order, dispatch the goods to the port and ensure timely handover of the goods.
- Preparing buyer's shipment document set - invoice, packing list, online COO, any other documents as required by the buyers in their formats.
- Export Bill Negotiation / LC documents processing with the bank - Efficiently preparing and submitting Post Export Shipment documents to the bank.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales Department about pick-up, loading and dispatch of outgoing shipments.
- Communicate to customer & sales person about dispatch details with LR & cargo size and weight. Also coordinate the unloading at customer location by providing required support.
- Follow up with Freight Forwarders about Export and Import Paperwork and maintain records.
- Follow up with Transporters for Domestic Shipments paperwork and maintain records for compliance.
- Update MIS on regular basis and provides monthly data for compliance to various departments.
- Monitor Transporters Performance and prepare reports for Management for inbound and outbound shipment.
- Co-ordinate with Stores and Production Department regarding staging the material and assist in Warehouse Management.

**Required qualification, skills and experiences**:

- Graduate Degree or Diploma in Any Stream.
- 7-8 years’ experience of working in a manufacturing environment in logistics.
- Must have in depth knowledge of export custom clearance documentation and process.
- Advance level skills in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making ability.
- High energy, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, while being assertive in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed with little supervision.
- Willing to take initiative.
