**Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage high volumes of incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Generate sales leads through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Identify and assess customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the appropriate methods and tools.
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service quality.
- Take the extra mile to engage and delight customers, offering personalized recommendations and follow-up support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is preferred.
