Call Center Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to conduct surveys.
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics or scenarios.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous in certain locations or industries
