Call Center Executive- Female

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance regarding dry cleaning services.
- Assign tasks to runners based on customer requests and operational needs.
- Communicate with store managers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with the Plant team to manage workflow and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up on customer feedback and suggest improvements for service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the dry cleaning or related industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and call center software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and terminology.
- Experience in a team leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
