**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for management and team members.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functional.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming communications and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

**HR Responsibilities**:

- Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary resources and training.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or HR is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
