Hotel Front Office Executive

Serve as the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage all front desk duties and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Process guest reservations, registrations, payments, and room assignments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
- Assist in managing hotel bookings and reservations systems.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide information about services available within the hotel and in the surrounding area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
