**What will you do in this role?**
- Initiate outbound calls to debtors with overdue payments.
- Employ effective negotiation skills to encourage debtors to pay outstanding amounts.
- Offer and explain suitable repayment plans or options to facilitate debt settlement.
- Collect and update debtor information, including contact details, financial status, and reasons for non-payment.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines governing debt collection practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing debtor inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Analyze debtor profiles and payment histories to develop customized approaches for successful debt recovery.
- Proven experience in tele calling, preferably in a debt collection or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
