- **Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.**:
- **Proficient in working on MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Outlook.**:
- **Good knowledge of English Typing.**:
- **Proficiency in mail handling and mail conversation.**:
- **Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits.**:
- **Follow-up for the vendor payments.**:
- **Maintaining Stationery Stock.**:
- **Maintain & update courier register on daily basis.**
