DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock parts in systematic way and label bins / racks as per SOP.
- Tally the part number with physical material and requisition.
- Ensure all parts are entered in requisition correctly and entry is posted in MDW for FFR monitoring as well as lost sale tracking.
- Escalating parts related concerns to Parts Manager.
- Manage parts related claims, coordinate with insurance and M&M for proper closure/reimbursement.
- Ensure blocking of VOR / blocked parts with separate tag mentioning the concerned vehicle / RO number.
- Preparation of parts kit for schedule services based on advice of Parts Manager.
- Assisting parts manager in generating MIS and reports.
- Maintain high level of housekeeping inside parts store.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep counters clean and uncluttered.
- Parts pre - pulling.
- Keep bins neat and clean.
- Promptly remove boxes and packing.
- Stock items in proper bins upon shipment arrival.
- Maintain a proper filing system.
- Ensure high degree of housekeeping.
