**What we are looking for**:
ZF Steering Gear (INDIA) Ltd is looking for an experienced **Spare Parts Officer **to provide high-quality, efficient and proactive work in our Spare Parts Department. Working closely with the Marketing and other team members, this is a position for someone wanting to significantly contribute to business to contribute to the business performance of our Company significantlys performance of our Company.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Entry**:

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and develop solutions
- Ordering spare parts, pricing, and inventory management
- Invoicing documentation - Transport, Rate Difference Invoicing
- Rejection & debit entries
- Entries on the customized portal of the Company

**2. Aftermarket Sales & Development**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase after-market sales.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase after-market sales.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profits.
- Develop and maintain a database of after-market sales and customer information.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
- Develop and maintain a customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention

**3. Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with specialization in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in Sales & Service, with a focus on Marketing & New Product

Development, and training activities.
- Strong knowledge of Knowledge of automotive parts.
- Proficiency in SAP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent proficiency and knowledge of MS Office
