- Responsibilities_
- _Load and maintain Supplier Agreements/ Rebates and perform research in ERP._
- _Add/Change/Delete (ACD) Load Distribution Agreements_
- _ACD Tier Alignment_
- _ACD Load Products_
- _Calculate Rebates manually using MS excel formulas_
- _Variance trend analysis and seek alignment with business on comments_
- _Work exception reports on a daily basis and utilize reporting to identify possible quality issues._
- _Proactively work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, specifically the timeliness and completeness of information. Responsible for the escalation of compliance issues._
- _Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded._
- _Utilize systems and software to perform complex research assignments._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Any Graduate, commerce preferred_
- _Ability to work on multiple ERP, masterdata and workflow solutions_
- _Strong English language skills (verbal and written)_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Relevant years related business experience in Financial Services, OTC, Accounting, Financial, or Wholesale Drug industry._
- _Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research and contract compliance knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and operational excellence._
- _Knowledge of SAP and advanced excel would be an added advantage._
