We’re looking for a versatile and driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing our customer relationships and driving growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support & Sales**:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, delivering a high-quality customer experience through proactive support.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to re-engage past customers, inform them of new collections, or follow up on abandoned carts.
- Use segmentation and personalization techniques to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- **Marketing Strategy & Automation**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales, including seasonal campaigns, holiday promotions, and influencer partnerships.
- Use marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot) to enhance efficiency and customer targeting.
- **Sales-Driven Initiatives**:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including product launches, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing.
- Contribute to any sales-related activities needed to meet our targets, including reporting on performance and making data-driven recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a sales or marketing role within e-commerce (jewelry or luxury goods experience preferred).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of delivering compelling, professional interactions with customers.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record in sales roles with a strong understanding of sales tactics and customer engagement strategies.
- **Self-Motivation & Multi-tasking**: Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
