E-commerce Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Category Management:
a. Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned product categories across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, etc.).
b. Develop and execute category growth strategies, including pricing, promotions, and product placement, to maximize sales and profitability.
c. Monitor and analyze category performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive corrective actions.
2. Business Development:
d. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product categories and market presence.
e. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, merchants, and e-commerce platform representatives.
f. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions for product listings and promotions.
3. Product Supply Chain Management:
g. Manage the end-to-end product supply chain, from demand creation to inventory management and timely product replenishment.
h. Coordinate with the merchant team to ensure consistent product availability and alignment with market demand.
i. Work closely with the listing team to manage product listings, resolve issues, and ensure optimal visibility and compliance with platform requirements.
4. Data Analysis and Decision-Making:
j. Utilize advanced Excel and data management skills to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and make informed business decisions.
k. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
l. Leverage data to identify and act on emerging trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities within the e-commerce landscape.
5. Sales Management:
m. Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, optimizing pricing strategies, and participating in sales events and promotions.
n. Monitor daily sales activities, taking timely actions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
o. Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and market conditions.
6. Leadership and Team Collaboration:
p. Take ownership of the e-commerce department’s success, leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
q. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
r. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.
7. Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
s. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
u. Adapt to changing market conditions and business needs with agility and creativity.
- Graduate in BBA ( Marketing ), MBA ( Marketing ), B.Tech ( Who want job in Marketing or sales line ), B.Com ( who knowledge of sales )
- Knowledge of ECommerce field required
- Basics of sales and Marketing knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
- Age 20 to 25
