Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for international trade? We're seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience coordinating import/export activities, managing shipments, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities**:

- Explore new business opportunities and expand our import/export operations by coordinating with agents.
- Take charge of import/export shipments, managing documentation, tracking, and customs clearance processes.
- Foster strong relationships with overseas vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintain service quality standards.
- Keep stakeholders informed about cost changes, shipment issues, and supply concerns through proactive communication.
- Maintain meticulous records of shipments, expenses, and inventory levels to support efficient operations.
- Provide insightful weekly reports summarizing the status of overseas shipments and identifying areas for improvement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to support collaborative success.
- Stay abreast of changes in import/export regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in import/export coordination or a related role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade practices is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
