Roles and Responsibilities:

- 1-3 Years of experience in training accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare customers
- Fluent verbal communication abilities / call center expertise
- Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals will be preferred
- Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
- Basic working knowledge of computers.
- Prior experience of working in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software will be considered an advantage. Prior experience in training on the client's medical billing software.
- Knowledge of Healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes will be considered a plus

**Role Holder Profile**

**Preferred educational qualifications**: Graduation (Any discipline - 3 years) without arrears.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
