Land Coordinator

A **Land Coordinator** in real estate plays a key role in managing the acquisition, development, and coordination of land for residential or commercial projects. This position involves working closely with various internal teams as well as external stakeholders (landowners, government agencies, consultants) to ensure land transactions are executed efficiently and align with the company’s strategic goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the filing and organization of all land-related documentation, including contracts, maps, surveys, and permits.
- Track and report on key land development milestones and timelines.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal review meetings.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth execution of land projects.
- Communicate project updates, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Help manage timelines and budgets for land acquisition and development projects.
- Assist in managing project schedules to ensure timely approvals and compliance with municipal requirements.
Qualification:
Any Degree
**Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in real estate, land acquisition, project coordination, or related field.
**Skills**:Strong understanding of land acquisition and development processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
