**Job Profile**

1. Identify and locate new business clients;
2. Meeting the prospective clients and developing businesses

3. Regularly meeting the existing clients and advancing business

4. Daily (DSR) reporting to management

5. Maximise cross
- selling to the customer base

6. Preparing sales and marketing plans for active and potential customers.

7. Develop effective customer relationship

8. Elicit client feedback and improve the customer service

**Salary Range : Up to 25k**

**Job description**
- A Business Development Executive primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- A Business Development Executive prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- The Business Development Executive must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- The Business Development Executive may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
- A Business Development Executive should coordinate with Operations Team for Imports, exports, Clearance, Transportation and warehouse Department and do the operations works for Customer in Branches.
- Payment collection, follow-up for timely payment, and payment realisation will be part of this job
- Handling customers for Imports, Exports, Transportation and Warehousing Shipments
- Handling Company key accounts from quotation, negotiation, routing, booking, updation till satisfactory delivery of cargo to consignee.
- Co
- ordination with customer service and documentation department/ desk to get the job done in time and satisfaction of the customers to give smooth service, looking forward with effective job from subordinates.
- Monitoring exclusively day to day activities
- Prepare MOM for Weekly Sales Meeting.
- Handling Company key accounts from quotation, negotiation, routing, booking, updation till satisfactory delivery of cargo to consignee.
- Co
- ordination with customer service and documentation department/ desk to get the job done in time and satisfaction of the customers to give smooth service, looking forward with effective job from subordinates.

**Key Qualifications**
- Graduate or MBA preferred.
- Sales / Marketing knowledge required.
- Process excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills - MS Office, Excel & PP.

Pay: ₹11,101.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend availability
