Working within our functions departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses within India.

**Requirements**:
**General Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. On-the-job assessment & training on technical & service delivery skill to technicians as per the details given
by OPEX
- Review and conduct SRA before start of services & taking action with respect to site hazard &
control measures
- Understanding of SHE Golden Rule, Pink note & Explosive environment
- Service delivery skills as per the service SOP
- Pest identification & treatment as per site requirement in line with service SOP
- Use of material & tools as per label direction in line with service SOP
- Use of SCP device & myR (where applicable)
- Use of PPE’s & RPE’s as per the SHE guidelines & service SOP

2. On-the-job training on preparing for customers visit and at site GMP & GHP requirements to technicians
- Personal grooming & hygiene
- Knowledge & understanding of job/site contract requirements
- Knowledge & understanding of specific job/site requirements

3. On-the-job training on right use of materials & maintenance of service tools & PPEs to technicians
- Squad bag preparation
- as per job/s assigned
- Safety aspects on the job and how to handle & use PPEs
- Pesticide handling

rinse, disposal of empty containers/used roban bait/ TG
- Using control & monitoring devices
- Exoroach, IMT, TG, Snap traps, etc.
- Right and judicious use of recommended tools and materials
- Disposal of dead/trapped rodent, lizards, ILT control board, IMT, Exoroach glue board
- Handling service equipments & tools
- servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting
- Maintaining proper cleanliness at customers site

4. On-the-job training on record & documentations as per RPCI & site requirements to technicians
- Pest activity
- live/dead/signs of infestation/nibbling of baits, pest species, level of infestation & pest

count, area of pest activity
- Material consumption
- name, numbers/quantity, area/s where used or monitoring device number
- Recommendations on pest preventive/proofing measures/innovation services or products
- Service visit notes-Special/Important notes

5. On-the-job training on communication with the customer
- Opening meeting: Greetings > introduction
- self, company, purpose of visit
- Handling service related queries of customers/auditors
- Closing meeting: Service briefing
- pest sighting, gaps, sanitation issues, structural deficiency, do's &
don't of the services
- Service Lead generation to motivate technician

6. Sharing feedback after every assessment & training with Line manager, OE/AOM/OM, BM
7. Suggestion for improvement in service of service delivery process
8. Maintaining data of all activity/tasks and making it available when required
9. Other activities/tasks as assigned from time to time
- Supporting in new products trials
- Preparing Service/product videos

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
Training Technicians In Terms Of Technical & Behavioural Aspects For Providing
An Excellent Service Experience.
1. 100% newly inducted Technicians to be certified on L-1 (TAT 90-Days)
2. SRA implementation through SCP technicians
