1. Documentation Management:
- Understand the documentation requirements for business development proposals, including Expression of Interest (EOI), Term of Reference (TOR), and Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Evaluate participation criteria and ensure all mandatory documentation requirements are met.
- Oversee the preparation, compilation, and organization of legal and financial documents for proposals.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of templates, past submissions, and relevant policies for quick reference.
2. Compliance and Accuracy:
- Conduct thorough reviews to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in documentation.
- Verify financial documents for compliance with internal policies and client requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and complete documentation requirements.
- Communicate timelines and documentation needs to all stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless execution.
4. Financial and legal Documentation:
- Prepare financial budgets for proposal submissions under the bidding process.
- Compile and organize financial documents such as budget sheets, compliance certifications, and other essential records for submission to the Business Development team.
- Organize legal and tax documents such as incorporation documents, tax registration documents, and other as applicable
5. Data Management:
- Maintain a centralized database of legal, financial, departmental, and organizational policies.
- Ensure the database is complete, up-to-date, and free of duplicity.
6. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, interpret, and review financial information to predict trends and provide actionable insights.
- Produce reports on budgets, proposal submissions, project pipelines, bid analysis, account payables/receivables, and expenses.
- Analyze business challenges and propose innovative financial solutions.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business development activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
