We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Two-Wheeler Sales Consultants. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for outbound calls and servicing incoming calls related to two wheeler products and attending walk-in customers in the showroom. You will be responsible for conducting lead generation activities in the area allocated to you. Your primary goal will be to sell two wheelers to prospects and provide exceptional service from the initial phone call to delivering the vehicle. Your ability to consult, negotiate, and delight customers will be crucial to your success in this role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and handle incoming queries regarding two-wheeler products.
- You will be responsible for conducting lead generation activities in the area allocated to you.
- Utilize strong consulting and negotiation skills to effectively sell two wheelers and provide compelling services to customers.
- Maintain a high call volume, including fresh calls and follow-ups.
- Meet revenue targets and track performance against actual sales.
- Generate reference leads to expand the customer base.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated success in telesales or sales roles.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, engaging phone voice.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a polished approach.
- Average verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility and openness to innovation and process improvements.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
