**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Admission Manager to join our educational institution. The Admission Manager will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, guiding prospective students towards the best-suited courses, and ensuring the successful enrollment of students. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our educational offerings, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with students and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance and Counseling**:

- Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students on available courses and programs.
- Assess students' academic and career goals to recommend the most suitable courses.
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends and developments to provide accurate information.
- **Admissions Management**:

- Oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Participate in and organize outreach activities, such as open houses, college seminars, and online webinars.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential students to the institution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to boost student enrollment.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze admission data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Utilize data to refine and enhance the admissions process and student engagement strategies.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the admissions team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to the institution’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, or a related role within an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of educational programs and trends.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Work Environment**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
