**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing them with information about our training programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively convey the benefits of our courses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in our training programs.
- Provide detailed information about our courses, including curriculum, duration, fees, and certification options.
- Address any inquiries or concerns raised by prospective students and provide accurate information to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a database of leads and update records with relevant information obtained during interactions.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate appointments and manage schedules effectively.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, conversion, and enrollment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to empathize with prospective students and address their needs effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
