Field Sales Support Executive

**Field Sales Duties**:

- Visit potential and existing clients at their premises to present products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Actively engage in lead generation through field visits, market surveys, and networking.
- Demonstrate product features and conduct live presentations to showcase benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Provide detailed and tailored proposals to potential clients, aligning with their specific requirements.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and services.
- **Field Support Duties**:

- Provide on-site support for clients, assisting with product installation, troubleshooting, or any service-related issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt solutions and a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to resolve complex issues that arise in the field.
- Train clients on the usage and best practices for the company’s products or services.
- Ensure customer follow-ups and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Keep detailed records of all client visits, interactions, and sales activities.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on client feedback, sales progress, and support activities.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of customer needs, preferences, and complaints in the company’s CRM system.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and support.
- Share customer insights and feedback with the product development team for improvements.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales and customer support.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different work environments.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel.
- Laptop and Mobile.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
