What we are seeking:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in English-speaking markets through market research, cold calling, networking, and other sales methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project deadlines.
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on markets.
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the technology or software industry.
- Knowledge of sales best practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of the sales pipeline and sales process.
