**ONLINE MERCHANDISER**

JOB ROLE:

- Strong communication skills
- Must have experience to work with luxurious brands providing excellent direct and indirect customer service according to company's Standards.
- Will have to handle the company’s website and manage the orders along with on time delivery
- Should be proficient enough in catalogue management on various MBO of the brand
- Provide online customer service and assisted team members with merchandising.
- Provide online customer service by providing information on products.
- Provide assistance to customers by locating and explaining merchandise setup, answering questions, and resolving common online customer service issues.
- Maximized company sales and profitability by maintaining the online sales and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Worked with human resource/management departments to secure their sales for advertisements.
- Revamped online sales by visually demonstrating use and versatility of apparel.
- Re-merchandised online sales on monthly/quarterly basis as required by corporate management

LOCATION- **BALLYGUNGE Circular Road**

SALARY - 18,000/--20,000/- per month

**RETAIL TIME - 10.30 AM - 8 PM**
